Voice Recordings
Delete one recording
- Open the lesson and tap Shadowing Recording.
- Select the sentence with the saved recording.
- Tap Delete, then confirm.
Replace a recording
In the selected sentence's Recording Mode, tap Re-record and make a new recording. A new valid recording replaces the old one. Each sentence keeps only its most recent saved recording.
Clear all recordings
Open Settings & Support, choose Clear All Recordings, and confirm. This permanently removes all finalized shadowing recordings stored by Shadow101 on that device. It does not reset study history or statistics.
Microphone Permission
You can change microphone access at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Microphone, then turn Shadow101 on or off. Depending on the iOS version, the same control may also appear under Settings > Apps > Shadow101.
Turning off microphone access prevents new voice recordings. It does not delete recordings already saved in Shadow101.
Notifications
Use the Daily Shadowing Reminder switch in Settings & Support to enable or disable Shadow101's local daily reminder, and choose your preferred time. You can also control system permission in iOS Settings > Notifications > Shadow101.
Turning the reminder off in the App removes its pending and delivered daily reminder. Shadow101 does not use remote push notifications.
Study Data
Shadow101 currently has no in-App bulk-clear button for shadowing counts, study history, calendar, streaks, or statistics. This information is stored in the App's local storage and may be included in an iOS device backup.
Using iOS's Delete App action removes the App and its local data from that device. Do not use Offload App if your goal is to remove local data, because offloading can preserve documents and data. A future restore from a device backup may restore backed-up study data.

Website Choices
This website does not include a Shadow101 account, advertising, analytics, or a support form. It is a static site delivered through Firebase Hosting. You can contact support by email without signing in.
